We ordered 3 of the sterling silver flower memorial rings. It was such an easy process which I appreciated given the circumstances. I have been in communication with Julie, she answered any and all of my questions/concerns.
The collection process is easy, when I received the kit it came with a beautiful condolence card, after she received the ashes she then notified me that she will begin the ring making and asked what my dads favorite genres was, which I replied "Hawaiian she wanted to be sure she played his favorite music.
The rings turned out beautifully, now my mom, myself and daughter (his granddaughter) will always have him close by.
